This aircraft was owned by the same person from new until late last year when he retired from flying. He had always had the aircraft maintained by us at Volair Aviation. Any thing that was needed was done: New crankshaft @ 357hrs, New pylon @ 397hrs, Engine & Gearbox service @ 461hrs.[Including new piston rings]. The aircraft has an extensive service history and has been very well maintained. A nice example of the type. The sail is in good condition as the aircraft was de-rigged and bagged after each flight. Engine 300hr service carried out at 320hrs. Wings & Elevator recently stripped cleaned and inspected and new Dacron skins fitted at Volair Aviation. The remainder of this new set of skins will be sold with the aircraft, but they don't needed to be fitted at the moment. Aircraft has the twin tank mod, capacity now 50litres giving 3hrs duration.
